MISTBLOWER SPRAYER TRAILED TYPE

BESCHREIBUNG

TAS Trailed type 1200, 1600, 2000 ltr mistblower connected to the drawbar of tractor and getting drive from (P.T.O) are used for multipurpose plant protection. Spraying pump is getting the power from P.T.O. and deliver the liquid under the pressure to nozzles on the spray fan. Propeller getting drives by PTO provide pressured air release in the field. Release of the pressured air direction can be adjusted by guide wings.

This diagram outlines the technical specifications for the Nozzle Spraying Types, comparing the Funnel Nozzle and the Importation Nozzle which both share identical mechanical capabilities. Both nozzle variants are equipped with interchangeable plate hole diameters measuring 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm, and 1.8 mm, and they both generate precise spray patterns with adjustable spray angles ranging from 10 to 66 degrees at the top and fixed at 66 degrees at the bottom.

This visual details the workflow of a more compact mistblower model, which is engineered with a slightly reduced spray reach of 8 meters horizontally toward the trees and 8 meters vertically upward. Similar to the larger unit, its air-assisted system is fully adaptable, allowing the operator to execute dual-sided spraying to cover both flanking rows at once, or single-sided spraying to direct the chemical application exclusively to the left or right side.
