Chopping of the stalks which are left behind after harvesting in herbal production like sunflower, corn, cotton, and cereals is important for agriculture. Burning of stubbles is prevented. After burning operation the great part of the water is wasted so water and wind erosion increase and the soils moisture holding capacity decreased. It is possible to provide a stable upper lever against to erosion by means of mixing the stubble with soil or expanding the stubble over cropland surface. So the stubble should not be burned and cover soil should be applied for stubble. Different kinds of straw choppers are used in agricultural production countries.
